Tekken 4 and Tekken 5

Hello Smile

This is probably going to be the most dumbest question ever but I will give it a shot...

Is there anyway to modify the PS2 isos of Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 to only include one mode? In this case, I wish for "Tekken 4" to have "Arcade" mode, and Tekken 5 to have "Time Attack" mode. The reason I am asking is because the MAME emulation of both Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 will probably never be emulated, and I want to make the PS2 isos closely resemble the Namco System 246/256 versions as much as possible. 

I am sure I will get judged immensely for asking if such a method is possible, but since it's been 8 years since the Namco System 246/256 games were added to MAME, and has made no progress, I wondered if I can achieve a near perfect arcade version with the PS2 isos....Please don't judge me...  Sad

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (US)

Hey guys,

I read a lot about how to run MvC2 but there are still minor flaws bugging me. First of all the thin lines still appear for me and I have no idea how to disable texture filtering (only options I can choose are "nearest", "bilinear (forced)" and "bilinear (ps2)". None of them seem to get rid of the lines though.

Also I recognize a slight shaking at the life bars and in the character select (only while moving).

In the end I might state I prefer a crisp pixelated look above a smoothed one.

My specs are:
i5 4570 3.2 GHz
16GB RAM
Geforce GTX 970 4GB RAM
Windows 10
PCSX 1.4.0

My settings are:

PCSX2 creating duplicate meshes on export from snaps

Hey guys, When I create a snap of my Favorite game IGPX, I am able to see the models in 3dsmax, but their seems to be a double or even triple model overlay slightly offset when I export. The meshes are to jumbled up to seperate the faces. I have an example in meshmixer, If anyone can provide a solution as to how to remove the faces so their is only one model, or please tell me what setting I need to use in order to prevent a double overlay. If you look at the legs and feet, you can see that their is duplicate faces.

Please note, these models are only for my personal use, Ive always wanted to have the Plastic model of the mechs in this game. I do not wish to sell or duplicate meshes for financial gain. thank you.

Onepad linux support more than 2 controllers

If possible I would like the changes by Kuster around 8 months ago on Onepad legacy added to the future versions of pcsx2 for linux to support more than 2 controllers.
Kuster made an old version work in a previous thread referenced here https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Multitap...#pid573683
I did attempt to use that version with the recent git version and it just crashes immediately trying to enter the config.

I use the currently legacy 1.3.0 version (it supports my Logitech controllers)

This is mainly for Shrek Super Party, good game to check out if anyone is looking for a hilarious party game.

So i dont know if its my graphics card, or my RAM. But when i load up the game and go in game everything is slowed down and the screen is tinted green. Basically unplayable.

Modify ISO of game

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to do some modding in THPS3... i extracted the iso and changed some textures and stuff (pc version works great)
but now i want to create a new ISO with changed files... i tried some burning programs but when I open the image in PCSX2 the ps2-bios does not recognize it as a valid game.

even if a change nothing.. just extract the iso and burn it again it gets not recognized.. is there a way to fix that?

Controls Help

Hello everyone!
Recently I downloaded the PCSX2 and Persona 3 FES iso in order to try and emulate and play the game. After some fiddling around, I was able to get the game to launch and get through the badass opening sequence. However, when the game went to the actual title screen and said "Press Any Button", none of my controls worked. I tried to reconfigure my controls to make them work, but nothing happens. I tried to do all this without using a controller and just binding things to the keyboard. Do I need to be using a controller in order to make it work, and if so can I use an Xbox One controller to play? Thank you.

Hello anyone.
Recently, I downloaded PCSX2, but when I try to launch the game and get to the title screen where it says "Press Any Button", none of my bound controls work (i am not using a controller, just the keyboard). Do I have to use a controller in order to play, or is there something I'm missing for configuration reasons? Thank you.

I can't do a normal push ring, it's not responding.

London - Old Castle Street

Leave the hotel and run all the way North to a broken down house.  On the
lower left side of this area you'll find a Thera Extract.  Examine the door on
the ground.  Do a normal Push Ring here and climb down the ladder.  Head left
and gran the Demon Earrings off the floor.  At the East corner you'll find a
Lottery Ticket.  Go up onto the walkway and save your game, then ascend the
ladder.  On the floor on the right side here you can find a Soul Benediction. 
Climb the stairs and watch the scene.

Intrusive Net Neutrality "Pop-up Ad"

I recently noticed that this stupid pop up will appear when any user connects to pcsx2.net regardless of on mobile or desktop. I know it's temporary most likely, but do we want to do anything to get rid of it? I'm also running UBlock Origin btw.

PS2 controller - Pressure sensitivity?

Hi.

I recently bought a PS2 controller, just so I could have pressure sensitive buttons for MGS2 and 3. I also bought a "P2 CONTROLLER TO P3/PC SYSTEM CONBERT - HIGH EFFICIENT CON VERT CABLE" for it, which "CONBERT"s it to USB. But the pressure sensitive buttons don't work on Lilypad, and the Analog button brings up the Windows Game Bar. It effectively treats the controller as an Xbox 360 controller (which I used to use).

After searching it up, I found a few threads here from around 5-7 years ago, saying that it's not possible, that you need a separate API that doesn't even exist yet, that LilyPad supports it, that you need a DS3 controller, that you need libusb (which has a 50% chance of screwing a lot of things up after you install it), or that you just need a special USB adapter that goes for around $60 (which is three times as much as the controller, the cable, and the shipping from China cost).

So, it's almost 2018 now. Has anything changed? Is it possible to get it working without spending additional money? Are there any special steps involved? Or am I just completely missing something?

EDIT: Also, the analog sticks are very unresponsive too. They have a massive deadzone, and reducing the deadzone in Lilypad didn't do anything. After passing the deadzone, there's a tiny zone where you can slowly move them, but only in four directions. They work fine if they're pushed all the way, though. I feel like I fell for some shoddy hardware.

Gran Turismo 3 and 4 can someone help me please?

I am new here. Anyways all I want to say is man. I wanna thank those developers that programmed this emulator. It's such an amazing thing to be able to do in a computer to be able to play your child hood games. It really is. I wanna thank you. I've been an Xebra user but now I switched to PCSX2 for PS2 on my new Computer. It's so cool. Anyways I am having some issues. Very small. I am able to run GT3 and GT4 at 60fps. So that's ok. I can run them. And they look sweet on my new PC. Only problem I am having is 

Gran Turismo 3 on trial mountain it's unplayable for me. I get a garbage screen full of blocks when the race starts. 

Gran Turismo 4 on The Cars wheels they don't even look like wheels. The wheels are glitched or something. 


How can I fix those problems?

Enhance Performance of PCSX2

is there any enhancements on GSDX for ratchet and jak games?? 

In ratchet and clank games I need to set the preset to aggressive to enhance performance but sometimes it is laggy if there are many elements on screen.

In Jak games it is always stuck in 30 - 40 fps..

any suggestions to enhance performance on gsdx or ogl?

PC Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i3 4010u 1.70ghz
Graphics: Nvidia 720M
RAM: 4GB
OS: Win 10

[Bug Report] Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal

The Game Hangs or Freezes if EE is set to -1 and VU is set to 1 on hovership levels.. however if EE and VU is equal to 0 its not hanging or freezing but very slow performance..

test on build: 1.5.0 dev

PC Specs:
Intel Core i3 4010u 1.7 ghz
4GB Ram
2GB Nvidia 720M
