dualshock 3 is acting up

I'm trying to bind a dualshock 3 onto pad 2 with native mode checked, and every value is set to 0 except for the x, y, and z values. When I press the playstation button, nothing happens. The lights are either all blinking, or all off. I tried installing the SCP toolkit and using that, but now the controller doesn't even show up on the list of devices. Is there anything I can possibly do to fix this and use the controller?

Help finding tony hawk pro skater 3 iso

I just got back into using PCSX2 after a long break from it and noticed sites like emuparidise and iso zone have been shutdown. I'm trying to look for a Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 iso but can't find it anywhere. All the sites I look on give me some sort of virus. Can anyone help me find a website that has it, I been feening to play it.

very weird after i updated my win10 weekly update

as the result my D-pad is not working on pcsx2,nulldc and demul.....on pcsx2 as i check it as i playing front mission 4....but pressing the dpad it becomes a fixed right-analog control(unchangable!!) even on the your keyboard pressing the arrow keys will do the same thing.

this conflict is unaffected on rpcs3 and all steam games.

whoever exprerienced that let me know.

Can't get WideScreen Patches to work?!

Hello guys.

I've been trying to use the WideScreen patches for my games (God of War 1, Ratchet & Clank, Jak and Daxter 1 etc.(I don't like the in-built widescreen mode cutting off my view)). Unfortunately, it doesn't work. The things I've tried without success:

  • "Enable Widescreen Patches" in System is checked
  • in GS Window options 16:9 aspect ratio is checked
  • tried extracting cheats_ws.zip to cheats_ws folder
  • tried downloading WideScreen Patches from the online archive and applying it
  • copied the files one by one for each game
  • copied the files to pcsx2 root directory and the one in My Documents
  • patched my ISO files with Pnach Patcher
  • tried starting a new game by full booting and not loading any savegames or savestates

Nothing works. The game looks the same with these options enabled or not. Restarting the emulator or the games doesn't change anything. Huh

My PCSX2 version is PCSX2 v1.5.0-dev-2501-g1aeec47b3

I checked the console window and it says that the widescreen patches have been found and loaded:

Overall 130 Widescreen hacks loaded


I also attached my log.txt with the full code from the console until the game is loaded.

God Of War 2 savepoint ingame problem and blade of chaos bug

Hello everybody !

I submit a post on this forum because I'm really desperate and I found none solution.

I am playing god of war 2 after have made the first with a perfect emulation with PCSX2 1.5.0 dev 2484 gd258ef627

My first issue comes from the savepoint ingame which doesn't work. When I want to save, the game freeze or crash. Not all the save point have the problem and when I reload the game with the savepoint, I have an infinite load screen.

I used savesstates with the emulator.

The 2nd issue is with the blade of chaos. When I upgrade myblade of chaos at level 3, their textures disappeared completely and some button indication script disappeared too.

This is my log from PCSX2 if somebody can help me.

I got this problem when playing sugoroku in Samurai Warrior 2: Xtreme Legend, i tried alot different setting and version but didn't work! Samurai Warrior 2 sugoroku is work.

When I'm playing the map is barely there. I'm not sure if I'm using the wrong settings. Also the top and left side of the screen is a bit glitchy as well, so that's why I'm here to ask what the best settings are since the videos I watched were no help. Any help will be appreciated!

Custom key bindings not working

I tried configuring PCSX2 to use keyboard and mouse input but none of the following setups seem to work:

Next, I left only the keyboard and mouse as input devices and unplugged Pad 1:

but no key press or mouse actions are recorded while in game (densha de go final). 

How should controllers be configured in a PC only setup?

I'm not getting sound effects in the menu or in the game. Some background music play.

i7-8700k @ 5.0 GHz overclocked
1080 Ti GTX
32GB RAM

PCSX2 Version: 1.5.0 dev 2515 [gd09ac6d58]
Game: Klonoa 2 - Lunatea's Veil (USA).iso [SLUS 20151] 2f56cbc9

Outdated threads and wiki says you can fix it by lowering the latency to 3ms ~ 17ms on async and change it back to TimeStretch with higher latency after the Namco logo, but it is still missing the sound effects.

Using mouse as Analog Stick

Ok, i do realized lilypad allow Axis X +, Axis X -, Axis Y +, Axis Y - as input. But what if i want to use the analog stick(mouse) as movement stick which constant input is required? 

** When using axis X,Y, if your mouse stopped moving, there will be no input **

I think something similar is achieved in dolphin emulator (Wii emulator) as they require wii stick aiming using mouse.

They also take Axis X, Y as input but they take "Cursor X, Y" as input too.

Can this be done in lilypad? or a new plugin is required?

Shadow Hearts 2: Covenant missing Combo option

Hi!

I don't really know if it is a problem with the emulator, a weird game glitch, or if I'm dumb and missing something, but it doesn't hurt to ask:

The option to do combos in battle is completely gone!
There's Attack, the characters personal skill, Crest, Item, Defense and Run Away but Combo is nowhere to be found.
The last time I remember using it was on the Wine Cellar boss, now I'm in Florence and the option is still not there.

Started a new game to see if it shows up, and yep, it does! It's so weird.

xpadder not working

Hi everyone, Im having a little bit of trouble setting up my controls. I have this set up on an arcade cabinet with an ipac keyboard encoder. I am also using xpadder to bind keyboard keys to my xbox one controller. With this setup I can seemlessly switch between my arcade cabinet controls and xbox controller on every other emulator I throw at it. For some reason PCSX2 will not recognize the keyboard presses from xpadder no matter how many different settings I try. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

gpu : intel HD graphics 256mb
ram 1 gb ddr3

 i just wanna play and i dont need it to be full screen either can play in 640x480 size which can be viewed. using pcsx2 1.4.0

Hey, this is my first post here. I've run into few problems while emulating with PCSX2 1.4.0, but usually they were solved easily. Not the case with ToA. On the first scene there was already a lot of ghosting

I've found fixes in this thread here but all download links are broken and I cannot seem to find any backups. I've tried messing with skipdraw and shader configuration and no luck with those either. Honestly, directx configurations and plugin configurations are already something I don't fully comprehend so I may have been doing things wrong.

Is there any way I can fix it or should I give up on the game? I read ToA is full of emulation-related glitches, but I'm willing to try to solve them.

If it helps, my specs are as follows:

OS: Win10
CPU: AMD APU A10-6790K
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8670D
RAM: 8GB

I've got all speedhacks disabled, but have no idea about other settings with this game. Thanks a lot!

Gladius froze

So Ive been playing the game gladius the past few days. Now what happend was I was in the windward steppes and I was heading across the map to do the championship when it froze and the console shows 
Padman: DMA Busy ID = 8e0b0002 ret = 0
SB_STAT = f0000002

Im not sure what this means I wanted to see if I could unfreeze it potentially so that i dont have to restart my progress. Is there anything I can do to fix it
