Persona 3 FES running at 27-30FPS

I have a Dell Inspiron 17-7778 for the time being.
- Intel Core i7-6500U @ 2.5GHz
- 12GB RAM
- Dual Intel/NVIDIA graphics (Intel HD Graphics 520 and a 4GB NVIDIA GeForce 940MX)

Starting up the system runs just fine, but everything slows down once the opening cutscene comes in and all the music is distorted as hell. On the title menu and where you write your name for the first time, everything runs as it should but then everything slows down ridiculously once the following cutscene with Pharos taking your contract kicks in. The following dialogue with Yukari and Mitsuru doesn't fare much better because it runs at around 30-45.

Any idea what the problem is? I'm able to run games like Dark Souls at 60FPS without issue, so I'm not quite sure what the issue is.

Can't play games. help

I can't seem to actually play any of the game. I installed with default setting. i setup the right bios. i run the isos and they start beautifully. But once i try to start playing nothing works. i can't get past the menu screens because none of the keys on my keyboard or my mouse do anything. I don't know what to do or change to make it work. please help

Excuse me I am playing a game called Resident Evil outbreak 2, and It can connect to the 1st Resident evil outbreak Game. So how do I switch this game they are both ISO Files, and its telling me to switch to the 1st Outbreak Disk game but they are ISO Files how do I do it?

使用方式有些diffent from之前的版本，You need to get Cheat Engine for changing the game speed

First step:First go to GS Settings and set the Base Framerate Adjust to 200%.
Next step:Run the game with the code as a pnach cheat.
Last step:Run Cheat Engine and change the speed of PCSX2 into 0.5

Fixed:
这种方式can fix the reaction command bug.（Now you may 正常 fight against alomst any boss. ）
The gummy ship scenes and all cutscenes now 也可以用60FPS运行了，except the FMVs.
Fix 围绕世界那个光圈的显示bug in universe,but the speed of 特效 and gummy ship are become 2倍，但是对游戏没什么影响，you can 当作原本就是那样的

Gravity is still a serious problem,hope someone will fix it soon.
Atlantica music mini-game bug may still there or not,I havent test it yet

OpenGL GS plugin failed to open

Hello, thanks for just noticing this, because this is a very rare situation, when someone notices me. So I tried playing FIFA 09 and got weird red vertical stripes. I thinked that trying to set the renderer from DirectX 11/9 to OpenGL (Hardware) might solve the problem and get some more FPS. However, when I tried launching the game with OpenGL as renderer, PCSX2 gave me an error "GS plugin failed to open. Your computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers.". Can someone please help? Sad

Can't get PCSX2 to launch

I've used PCSX2 on quite a few computers before. None of them have experienced this issue. When I try to launch PCSX2, I get an error about not having MSVCP140.dll installed. I do have it installed. I've installed and reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017, as well as run SFC from PowerShell with no errors. The file is plainly located in my System32 folder. When I copy the file from System32 into my PCSX2's directory, the error changes to "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." My antivirus has PCSX2 listed as a trusted application and running as administrator has no effect. PCSX2 is installed on my Windows drive but not in my Program Files directory. Any ideas?

Gravity problem can be solve temporarily.
It isn't the best solution,but finally you can play it normally by 60FPS now.

Now perhaps all the bugs have been fixed (maybe except Atlantica music mini-game,i haven't test it yet)
But the solution of the gravity problem is not perfet rightnow,I just put the game return to 30FPS at the moment you hit something with keyblade(the magic is not change)

PCSX2 - Gran Turismo 4 netplay not connecting

Hey,

A friend and I were trying to connect to each other in Gran Turismo 4 using Gigaherz's DEV9 plugins and Hamachi.. However, it always remains stuck on the "Waiting for connection" screen. In the logs, it spits "rDMA" out a lot (whatever that means), and it just keeps sending packets. I can post logs or screenshots of my settings if needed.

Hi to all, I'm new to the forums just joined today, I've been using epsxe for a few years now and decided to have a go at pcsx2 a few months ago, although I've been using emu''s for a while I don't really know a great deal about how they work, as I'm not a programmer, I'm having a few issues running pcsx2 and would really appreciate any advice anyone could provide.

My main issue is the speed at which games run they run extremely slowly and I can't seem to get around this problem

I suspect my pc specs might e the issue

i5 processor 2.7ghz 
4gb of ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450


Even as I was writing this I thinking it's just not got enough beef
However I hae some games that were on ps2 that were also on pc and they look far superior on my computer.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

WWE here comes the pain input help

Idk why but I'm having problems with WWE here comes the pain. Specifically, with the controls. It is strange because the circle, cross, square, and triangle buttons all work fine. Also the start and select. The problem is the directional input doesn't work. This applies to both d pad and analog inputs. I find it odd because there is no problem when I'm playing other games like THUG, Dragon Quest, or final fantasy x. I haven't changed any settings in between games. Any ideas?

Online Video Interrupted by PCSX2

When I try to run any web application that includes video, for example YouTube, Netflix, etc, while also running PCSX2, the web app will stop video and audio playback. In some cases, if I refresh the page while PCSX2 is already running, the video will continue, but the audio will stop. I should mention that in all cases, PCSX2 runs perfectly throughout. Additionally, this behaviour occurs whether PCSX2 is already running, started after the web app, or paused and resumed while the web app is running properly.

I'm using a two monitor setup. Primary monitor, running from my GTX 950, has PCSX2 on it. Secondary monitor, running web app, is hooked directly into the motherboard. I'm running PCSX2 1.4.0, and my drivers are up to date.

Problem with controller configuration :(

Okay, so I've been playing with tons of games, and I came across this just now. I am infuriated. I am using my ps3 controller connected via usb, and I had the configurations all done. For some reason, when I started to play resident evil 4 (I don't think whether it matters or not, but I wanna be as descriptive as possible.) My start button on my controller does the same job as an "esc" key. Whenever I press start, instead of pausing the game like it should do, it closes the damn game Sad. I went on the forum, and checked if anyone went through something like this, and someone actually did. Apperantly the solution is to disable the escape hack thingy. But there is no such thing as an escape hack in the newest version I suppose. Because in the speedhacks section, there is nothing of that sorts. And mind you, it is not only the start button. For example triangle is Pg Up so other buttons are also fd up as well. I couldn't find anything that helps me so I'm just opening a new thread. Pls lords of this forum don't punish me. I just wanna get my old configuration back. I tried turning the speedhacks off completely. I tried raw input and windows thing as well for the controller. I am hopeless.

Hi guys,
Just having trouble playing my games.
whenever I run a game I get the error code  CDVD READ ERROR, sector = 0x000b8970
Don't matter what game I try.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong and have found nothing on any website or here to do with it

Im using the newest beta revision for the mip mapping support to play ratchet and clank 1, but for some reason even at 100% speed it plays slightly slow, or atleast has some input lag.

Problem with 2x4 Buzz Controller

Hello,
I want to use 2 x 4 Buzz Controller on my PC for max 8 players.
Every time when I pugged in the 2nd Controller, this controller doesn't work.
When i put this Controller(2nd) first and the other controller(1st), the (1st) doesn't work.
I only managed that one Controller is working.
I have tried other usb Ports but no change.
What could be the problem?

Buzzer emulator?

So i found some old PS2 games and found Buzz between em but since i sold my PS2 ages ago decided to give it a try with the emulator.
Problem is i don't have the buzzers and the game can't start without the buzzers.
Is there way to emulate them with a normal controller?
