DBZ:BT3 Cheats Won't Load

On Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3,The cheats just won't work,I've been at my computer for hours and hours trying to find what's wrong,I've watched videos,Read text guides, ect. But in the end,I keep getting the same message

"Not found Cheats file:C:\Users\Golden\Documents\PCSX2\cheats\428113C2.pnach
Overall 0 Cheats loaded".


Sorry if someone found a fix for it already,I couldn't find anything if they did.

Note:I checked everything I could,I've gotten all the codes correct,and my CRC. Also,Someone really needs to work on how user friendly PCSX2 is.
And all I want is Capsules,Money,Character and level unlocks.

Is ~30s boot time slow for SSD?

I mean from pressing the power button till the desktop(hibernation of any kind is not used,it's always clean boot)

I have Samsung 840 EVO 128gb(35GB used),2tb Seagate HDD,two gamepads,keyboard,mouse,dvd drive and tv tuner as a hardware

Win7 x64 Ultimate SP1

PS.I have 3 seconds delay placed to wait for a keypress to enter the bios

Low FPS,GPU usage,CPU usage,RAM usage - High End PC

System specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320E@4.2GHz
RAM: Kingston 10GB 1333MHz DDR3
GPUWackopphire Nitro R9 380 4GB@1010MHz

So i get low FPS in very few games,but it's still annoying.
Samurai Western - Slight dips during cutscences,nothing serious,playable.
BLACK - dips to the lower 30's most of the time.

Common to all these games:
When the FPS dips happens,The GPU usage+CPU usage+RAM usage is low,and GPU is barely exceeded to it's half speed,
in BLACK the usage in cores #2 an #3 is the highest of all,and barely exceeds the 50% usage of the core while all the cores operating in full speed...

Crash Twinsanity - Final Boss Bug (unspawned rung)

This thread here [ http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Crash-Twi...l-Boss-BUG ]  explains everything but gives me no sufficient solution, reason being that I am playing the game on Xbox 360.
I realise that this is a PS2 emulator site but I can't find chatter of this bug anywhere else. Does anybody know if it is possible to fix this bug on the 360?

Vertical 'tearing' lines in Dynasty Warriors 5

Hello all, in Dynasty Warriors 5 I am having a slight graphical issue that appears to be like vertical tearing lines, 7 to be exact and vsync does not fix the problem. 
I have tried playing around with some settings but the lines appear no matter what I try, even on native resolution(too ugly to look at anyway Tongue)

I am just wondering if there is any suggestions I should try to get it fixed because it is quite jarring, especially during gameplay.

PS4 Pro refuses to use hdcp 2.2

I know for a fact that my 4k TV supports HDMI 2.0 w/ HDCP 2.2 but my PS4 Pro somehow would only show picture with HDCP 1.4.  My TV is the LG UH6030 BTW, so I don't know if its my TV at fault or my Ps4 pro.  Anyone know anything about HDCP?

I am once again trying Ubuntu, I am using it for a multitude of things that are better natively than on windows, and for giggles I decided to install PCSX2. I have the current pcsx2-unstable build installed, everything is set up nicely, but I noticed under the video plugin settings there is no box/menu to select what GPU you want PCSX2 to utilize. I was wondering how this is handled on ubuntu.

Out of memory error when exiting PCSX2

As stated in the title, whenever I hit exit to close the program an out of memory error gets thrown and I have to manually close the log after the rest of the program has shutdown. It seems this only happens after running a game as simply opening then exiting PCSX2 does not throw this error. I also have quite a bit of red text regarding my audio setup, anybody who could clue me in on that would be appreciated!

So I'm trying to patch the DNAS on my battlefront 2 iso file using WinDIP but everytime I do it gives me an error saying it could not open the image file, any suggestions?

like when the game is loading its goes fast but when  it comes to me being in game im going slower like the speed drops from 67 to 3

Difficulties Extracting Model & Texture from Metal Arms

Hi folks! I've been trying desperately to get the model and textures for the character Mozer out of the game "Metal Arms: Glitch in the System", and so far every piece of the puzzle has presented significant obstacles. I'm using version 0.9.8, and sometimes when I press Shift+F8 I'll get a capture, but the .obj file is invariably empty (with a file size of 0 B). If it helps, I'm using Direct3D9 (Hardware), no interlacing, with texture filtering, logarithmic Z, no 8-bit textures, and alpha correction. For some reason I can't seem to get a non-empty 3D file. What's more, so far I haven't had any luck using TexMod to get the texture either. I've gotten so far as to get the red text to appear over the screen indicating which shortcuts to use to navigate the textures (+, -, *, etc), but none of them seem to have any effect. Is there some obvious thing I'm missing? If anyone has any suggestions, or by some miracle if someone with more experience in all of this who happens to have Metal Arms is willing to post an obj and texture for Mozer (or even just a larger obj of a scene containing him), I would be eternally in your debt. (He's in the title screen background, should someone be willing to help with that.) For that matter the obj file alone would be phenomenal.

Hello. Just registered here looking for help. I know that there is some threads on this subject on this forum, but none of them helped me. I can't configure pcsx2 to run GTA LCS on full speed. Everything I tried didn't gave me any good results.

As mentioned everywhere "allow 8-bit textures" really improves speed, but the game still doesn't run at constant fps numbers , it drops often.

I don't know for sure (CPU is my main concern here), but my system must be good enough to run this thing. My specs are as follows:

-asus p6t motherboard
-intel core i7 950 cpu
-asus geforce gtx 1080 strix graphics card
-12gb ram at 1600mhz

I also tried to use this video to try and config the emu

in this video he sets "allow 8-bit textures" and applies some speedhacks. Game runs smoothly on his system in 1080p with 4x native resolution. Looking on his specs, he got better CPU (core i7 3770k) but my gpu is much better (he uses gtx 960).

I tried to use latest stable version of pcsx2 from download page (1.4.0) and developer version 1.5.0 1648.

Please help.

Bugs & Notes:
Issue 1:
If you have Memory Cards inserted, the game will lock up during the loading of the first mission.

Issue 2:
Sound in the game may randomly lock up as well, causing the sounds to loop in a glitchy way. (As heard in the video).

Issue 3:
Completing mission 1 will take you to the loading screen, at which point it will permanently be stuck there. The game still 'functions', but it's just constantly loading and does not advance.

During all these issues, nothing strange can be found in the console log window, it acts as if nothing is wrong.


Possible work-around / Temporary fix:
For Issue 1; Ejecting ALL Memory Cards allows you to load up the game just fine, and Mission 1 will play correctly (up until completing that mission at least). I don't know of any working work-arounds for the other 2 issues.

    Hallo folks,

    what would be the best possible settings for this configuration:

    CPU: Intel i5-6400@2,70 Ghz
    GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 TI
    RAM: 8 GB RAM
    Controller: PS4 Controller (connected through with cable with help of InputMapper)
    Monitor: HP LP2475w 24" monitor (native resolution is 1920 x 1200)

    Yakuza 1 Freeze

    In chapter 3 during mission escape from funerals yakuza freeze. I repeat mission two times and freeze same location. 

    My pcsx2; 1.4.0 version speedhacks normal ee-vu 0; itnc, wait loop, mvu, mtvu clicked
    resolution 2x.

    Whenever I go to play BGDA 1 or 2 when it comes to selecting a memory card before the game loads it freezes up and I can't choose anything. Does anyone have any kind of fix for this? I see many people online saying their problems are just the half screen or it running slow... I can't even get to that problem lol.
