I just downloaded thepcsx2 1.4.0 emulator and have been gaming on it a little bit. I decided to see how SotC works on my rig. although i am having problems getting it to run better than 36 fps at least a little bit (i know on the original ps2 it was a game that barely ran at that fps on a ps2)
I will apply my rig specs
Do i need any other specs?

Windows 7 home premium 64 bit operating system
processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250 processor 3.00 ghz
RAM: 4.00 BG
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
Please help as i would love to play this game as i have when i was younger!
