Memory Card Issues

I just upgraded from 1.6 to 2.0 and I'm not able to use my old memory cards. I've already tried manually adding them via settings > memory cards > selecting the old mem card folder > refresh > eject current mem cards > drag and drop old ones and it doesn't recognize them. I've also tried converting the old ones. Any help is appreciated.
